Besides this i like to know about UX: all aspects of the user's interaction with the product: how it is perceived, learned, and used Graphic Design: typography, visual arts and page layout. New Media: researching and exploring on the Internet. Object-oriented programming: trying to learn about data abstraction, encapsulation, messaging, modularity, polymorphism, and inheritance.
I've got an CCNA from Cisco 2005-2006 and a diploma in Sales Psychology. Also have worked with Windows Servers for 2 Years, and are with my IT manager in a Helpdesk function in my daily work.
